As someone who buys and sells a lot of used cars this product is a lifesaver. Its user-friendly and spot on. I know call it my Bible!

This app is great. I used it to buy a car and actually felt like I knew what was doing. Nicely done!

Value for my 2-year old car was laughably off...more than 20%. Retail comparable values were just as bad. One was showing a value right near retail when NEW. App is buggy: VIN scan doesnt start-up right the first time, the buttons dont always respond, and I had a random phone freeze right after using it. Good idea, bad execution.

Its a good idea, and a lot of other people seem to like it a lot, but I couldnt get it to work for me. I logged in with the same email and password on my iPad 2, iPhone 4S to the app and the browser. Info doesnt seem to update between devices. Also, when I try to add a photo on the iPad app it either does nothing or it crashes my iPad - not just the app. I dont like that. The biggest problem is that the prices seem highly inflated compared to other sites or to prices that people are asking on Craigslist or dealers are advertising. Right now this seems worse than useless - it could cost you thousands of dollars. I hope it improves bc it looks like it has the potential to be a big help. I gave it three stars for potential alone.

The app crashed or locked up frequently. The first three VIN numbers I checked were not in the database.

Valuation is unreliable and needs work. Interface is great. The foundation has been laid, get the valuation algorithm right and it will be a good app.

First of all app is very laggy on my iPhone 6 w/ iOS 9. Secondly it didnt have any pricing available for the Mercedes I was looking for. Useless - uninstalled.

Since iOS 9 update, this app runs painfully slow. Fix that issue and its a 5-star app!

This app crashes every 10 seconds or freezes. The camera to which recognizes the VIN is the horrible, which is probably the number one cause of this app to crash the most. Need to do a better job.

Horrible experience

Love the idea of this app, but execution is spotty. Didnt locate pricing information on common brands, such as a 2013 Ford Edge. App freezes after a short time, forcing user to close and reopen the app. Also opens with the camera flash activated, rather than activate the flash only for scanning a VIN.
