History lost after purchase

I like the ability to see reviews book values and wholesale prices. However, I downloaded a vehicle history report as a PDF, then I was stuck in that vehicles page. The back button disappeared.

I had to scan a new VIN, so I shut it down, opened the app again. After scanning the new vehicle, I went back to the one with the purchased history, and it had disappeared! It just asked me to purchase it again!

I even used iPhone explorer to try to find the PDF later in the evening, but it was nowhere to be found. Is this because I did not sign into the web site first? You guys should really fix that. And how do I get my money or report back?
